It is far too hot to travel anywhere within the city comfortably, so I am at home, practicing my metalsmithing skills. I can’t say it goes well, but I feel busy, at least.

Some activities to contemplate, once it cools off a bit:

• August film series (various locations)
• The latest textile exhibit at the Nerman Museum
• Try the new noodle buffet at Sung Son Vietnamese Bistro. I love this restaurant and want it to survive. It looks like the noodle buffet might be the ticket!
